Blixcy ("we", "us") operates a members-only platform for adult creators to share content with their audience.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account, view content, or use any part of this platform. We may request identity verification at any time.

2. Creator content ownership

Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload. By publishing, a creator grants Blixcy a limited license to host, distribute, and display their content to entitled members, and confirms that they have the legal right to publish it and the consent of everyone depicted.

3. Prohibited content

• Content involving anyone under 18, in any form, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate content, including material shared without the depicted person's consent, is strictly prohibited.
• Content depicting non-consenting acts, coercion, or trafficking is strictly prohibited.

4. Membership & billing

Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Reporting & enforcement

We investigate every report. Reports alleging content involving minors or non-consensual material are escalated for priority review, and accounts found in violation are removed and, where legally required, reported to appropriate authorities.
